Todd Rodden is a proven leader. He brings 30+ years of experience steering organizations to grow, achieve operational excellence, and transform themselves to win in the marketplace.
Todd's passion for process improvement is fueled by his certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Quality Leader.
He has two deep passions:
- Coaching other leaders to become transformers – taking themselves and their teams to greater heights of success.
- A firm belief that there are always better ways – Todd has fun making them a reality.
Todd's "Why"
Todd felt called over several years to take a different path. He knew that he wanted to focus on his strong passions in coaching and developing business leaders combined with his long history of improving business processes.
Additionally, in several of his roles, Todd had worked directly supporting thousands of smaller businesses in areas such as retail, automotive, home improvement and healthcare. He especially respected the creativity, passion and commitment that so many of these business owners displayed every day, however, he also saw the weight of their challenges. These included being so consumed by the business that they struggled to grow as leaders and not being able to adapt as markets changed.
Todd saw too many examples that as their businesses struggled and even failed; it had such a devastating effect on them, their families and employees. That’s why Todd has committed to be a business coach, because he knows that his background combined with the proven tools provided by ActionCOACH can bring more life while helping their businesses thrive.
Beyond Coaching
Todd and his wife of nearly 30 years, Christine, have lived in the Dayton-Cincinnati area for over 20 years. They have two sons and two dogs. Todd also serves on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit that supports individuals with disabilities, United Rehabilitation Services, and in the eldership at their church. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, golf, walking their dogs and cheering on his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes.
