Since 2001, we have been opening the door for the right people to join our network of business coaches. We simply believe that business should give everyone more life™. That single belief, combined with the core intellectual principles and systems of ActionCOACH, have resulted in lives and businesses being transformed within our region. We are looking for people with passion, heart, and integrity to learn the business of coaching in order to improve the lives and financial opportunities of business owners and the people they touch, as well as themselves. We invite you to experience the process of exploring what it means to own your own coaching business, as well as work within our ecosystem. Learn More About Craig Hohnberger...

Craig Hohnberger grew up in Wisconsin and is a graduate of UW-Madison. Craig had a successful corporate career with several Fortune 200 companies, including GE, Newell-Rubbermaid, and Pillsbury/Green Giant, mostly in manufacturing and supply chain. Quickly rising to senior leadership roles, he was active in several corporate acquisitions and turnarounds. Desiring a different quality of life, Craig decided business ownership was a must if he was ever going to truly align his personal goals and values with his career.

Quickly rising to senior leadership roles, he was active in several corporate acquisitions and turnarounds. Desiring a far different quality of life, Craig decided business ownership was a must if he was ever going to truly align his personal goals and values with his career. Craig grew up in NE Wisconsin and is a graduate of UW-Madison. 


Learn More About Annette Hohnberger...

Annette is from Western Ohio and graduated from the University of Toledo.

Annette grew up in an entrepreneur family. Her father owned several businesses, including an ice cream shop, where she got to eat the profits.  Annette’s Fortune 200 corporate career includes experience with companies such as Pillsbury and Johnson Controls, traveling throughout North America and facilitating, implementing, and leading and training teams on how to best utilize finance, accounting, and technology systems to improve their business processes. When she and Craig moved from Wisconsin to Ohio, Annette was a stay-at-home mom for several years while Craig started the business. She then joined him 18 months later when their youngest daughter started elementary school full-time.

Our Passions

Craig and Annette now live in Central Ohio close to their two adult daughters and with their two golden retrievers, Thatcher and Lacey. They are active in their church and enjoy hanging out and laughing with family and friends, playing board/card games, hiking, skiing, and traveling domestically and internationally for fun and service trips.
