Meet our newest ActionCOACH Firm Owner, Grant Hellwarth! After 33 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Grant retired as a Risk Assurance partner. He has 20 years of partner service and a total of 33 years experience at PwC.
Grant led client projects associated with internal controls, internal audit and IT control aspects of financial statement audits. He also led governance risk and compliance assessments and technology implementations.
Grant's very well travelled. His international experience includes over four years in Egypt, Poland, and Japan.
Grant's "Why"
After Grant retired from PwC, he began volunteering and mentoring small businesses through SCORE. It was there that he met eventual business partner Mike Ronchetti.
Both yearned to help businesses owners to better manage their growth, time, team and finances. ActionCOACH provided Grant with a proven track record and toolkit to give business owners the "business growth rocket fuel" they need.
In July 2021, Grant and Mike established ActionCOACH ONE to coach business owners in Northern Indiana.
Beyond Coaching
Grant has been married to his wife for more than 34 years and has four kids who live in CO, UT, IL and OR.
Grant enjoys travelling to a different country every year, cooking on his Big Green Egg, and bicycle touring – he rides 1,000 miles per year!
